About Us

Badge of Honor Racing is a national campaign with a unique engine behind it: a deep-rooted commitment to public safety, community strength, and the future of law enforcement. Using the high-visibility platform of motorsports, we aim to recruit, retain, and reignite the spirit of service among those who wear — or aspire to wear — the badge.

At its core, Badge of Honor Racing isn’t just about speed on the track — it’s about building momentum in our communities, reminding the country that behind every uniform is a story, a purpose, and a promise worth supporting.

Meet the Founder

Pamela Bissell is the visionary founder behind Badge of Honor Racing. While she has never served as a law enforcement officer, Pamela brings a powerful perspective shaped by a lifetime of connection to service. A proud military brat, devoted military wife, and accomplished business owner with a patented medical device, Pamela has long understood the value of sacrifice, discipline, and duty.

Her motivation is personal. As a grandmother, she believes every child deserves to grow up in a community that is safe, stable, and supported by strong public safety professionals. Watching the growing challenges faced by law enforcement — from recruitment crisis to morale decline — she knew something had to be done.

And so, she created Badge of Honor Racing: a bold, visible campaign to uplift the law enforcement community, inspire a new generation to serve, and reignite national respect for the badge.

Our Mission:

  • Recruit: Inspire and engage the next generation to answer the call to serve.

  • Retain: Support current officers with community appreciation and visibility.

  • Reignite: Restore pride, morale, and public trust in law enforcement.

Through motorsports, outreach, and storytelling, we’re not just cheering from the sidelines; we’re leading a movement. For those who protect and serve, for the families who support them, and for the future of our communities — Badge of Honor Racing is here to make sure no one races alone
